Premium PU is a quality vinyl ideal for everyday use on t shirts, hoodies and many more textile fabric such as 100% cotton and poly cotton. We have a wide range of colours ideal if you plan to do printing on plain t shirts with them. You can get a great looking and are great for party t shirt. These are ideal for fast production runs with quicker weeding. These vinyls wash great at 60 deg and ideal for printing on all kinds of material 

• Perfect for t-shirts, hoodies, sports shirts, sweatshirts, hi-viz garments, baseball caps, bags etc.
• This vinyl has a light adhesive backing enables fine cutting, film overlay and registration.
• These flex vinyls have light adhesive backing for easy positioning
• Wash at 60 degree temp
• Reflection free finish.
• Can be dry cleaned, tumble dried on a low setting and ironed inside out.
• Ethically sound (Oeko-Tex approved)
• Ideal for cotton, polyester and mix fabrics

• 500mm wide.
• 34 micron PU film - standard colours.
• 40 micron PU film - neon colours.
• Tolerance +-12 microns.
• Store in an upright position, away from direct sunlight. 10C to 25C.
• Other dimensions and special colours available on request.
• 60 micron hot melt adhesive.

Guide for application - How to use this Vinyl

• Press for 10 to 15 seconds, hot, warm or cold peel.
• Cut in reverse
• 150-160 Deg (302 -320 F) Temperature
• Medium even pressure
• Press for 10 - 15 seconds
• Peel when HOT or COLD
• Please do note all the information is provided is only as guideline. We recommend that you perform a test prior to standard production. Not suitable for Nylon
