The Rutland brand of Foil Adhesive is the perfect product to be the adhesive for adhere to the metal sheet foil to get that mettalic print on t shirts. This product will not dry in the screen and has a grea elasticity. Ideal for printing manually by hand and also good if you are using faster automatic machines like M&R and MHM etc.
APPLICATION for these Foil Adhesive
- You can apply one layer of Rutland Foil Adhesive and without pre-drying put in contact with the metal foil.
- Then Transfer at 170 degrees C for 15 seconds, allow to fully cool before peeling off.
- You will find that the foil will stay to the areas where the adhesive has been printed and then you can easily peel away from the areas left clear.
- May need to experiment to get it right
